Building on the wondrous success of last year’s Supper Club evenings, and other teeny events, we’re putting together another gorgeous programme for you to enjoy in 2012. third Saturday of the month – Opera evening.
Thanks to the Lovely Russell and Gorgeous Nurpa we had the pleasure, in December, of hosting an impromptu concert-ina by Delicious Opera Diva Thomasin Trezise. The evening was so well received that we have decided to make it a regular event. fourth Tuesday of the month – Rose Collis is On The Town
Following on from her wonderfully, whimsically informative ‘Up Your Street‘ Swan supper clubs in 2011 local historian, biographer and banjo-strummer, Rose, has agreed to slip on the deerstalker and whip out her magnifying glass for further investigations into the shocking, salacious and sensational side of historical Kemptown. http://www.rosecollis.com/
This year each of Rose’s probings will be themed to explore Kemptown in Theatre, Film, Science, Politics, Literature and Art.
